Hibernia, by Sweet Town Studios, only ever creates an account if you choose to turn on cloud save and sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address. If you did, this page explains how to have that account and the cloud save stored with it deleted - either from inside the game, or by email if you no longer have the game installed.
The quickest way, and it takes effect immediately:
The "Delete account" row is only shown while you are signed in. If you play "Local only", there is no account to delete and the row does not appear.
If you have deleted the game, or would rather not reinstall it, email privacy@sweettownstudios.com with the subject line "Hibernia account deletion".
We can only act on a request that we can match to an account, so please write to us from the address the account is registered under:
We will never ask you for a password or a screenshot. Your request is handled within 30 days, and we reply to confirm once the account is gone.
Deleted, whichever way you ask:
Not touched, because it is not part of the account:
Once the account is deleted we keep nothing from it. Signing in again later starts a completely new account.
If you only want the cloud copy of your progress gone but would like to keep the account, use Settings ▸ Cloud Save ▸ Delete Cloud Save inside the game instead.
Everything else about what Hibernia does with your data is in the privacy policy. For anything not covered there, email privacy@sweettownstudios.com.
