Sweet Town Studios is an independent, solo-crafted games studio. Here's where passion morphs into games.
A modern man from Athlone blacks out on a night out and wakes in the wilds of a magical medieval Ireland. Epoch - the time-magic that stranded him - is also the fuel he uses to peel back the fog and reveal the land. Underneath the mystery sits a real Settlers-style supply-chain economy, 143 hand-placed Irish locations, and a cast of folklore legends with distinct and sometimes subversive personalities.
Nineteen small games for children aged 3 to 8, spread across four zones - noticing things, learning words and numbers, doing things for yourself, and winding down. Puffling, a fairly encouraging puffin, guides the whole thing. There are no scores, no timers and no way to lose: a wrong answer wobbles and invites another go. It collects nothing, shows no ads, and works with the aeroplane mode on.
No publishers, no crunch, no filler. Just games shaped like the places and stories worth spending months inside of.
One person, wearing every hat. Slower, but nothing ships that wasn't cared about.
Real places, real folklore, hand-placed content - not procedurally generated filler.
Free-playable, no soft-locks, no pay-to-win. Generosity is a strategy, not a slogan.
Built once, tuned for touch and mouse alike - your progress follows you.
